Service Call Fee

Diagnosis and repair.

We follow the home warranty guidelines for all diagnosis and repairs. We do not determine any coverage.

Most home warranties require a service call fee to be paid upon arrival. Please check your policy if you have questions. We only accept payments or fee via cash, cash app or Venmo. You can pay anytime before date of service just put your name and address in the notes so it is applied to the correct account.

During the visit, we will perform a diagnostic assessment to determine the necessary repairs. We will then submit a report of our findings to your home warranty provider. If the claim is approved, we will either complete the repair on the spot or contact you at a later time to arrange a convenient appointment for the repair.
